i dont know what this is. it was in the sky last night. prob an actual unidentified flying object sighting but i was just too freakin bored to realize it.
ok.. so maybe it wasnt
its the lighting above my cubicle.
its so lame...

Here we languish, a bunch of poor scholars,
battered by extremes of hunger and cold.
Out of work, our only joy is poetry:
Scribble, scribble, we wear out our brains.
Who will read the works of such men?
On that point you can save your sighs.
We could inscribe our poems on biscuits
And the homeless dogs wouldn't deign to nibble
I climb the road to Cold Mountain,
The road to Cold Mountain that never ends.
The valleys are long and strewn with stones;
The streams broad and filled with thick grass.
Moss is slippery though no rain has fallen;
Pines sigh but it isn't the wind.
Who can break from the snares of the world
And sit with me among the white clouds?

saturday was family day which basically involves food and a movie. half of us went to see da vinci code and the rest of us along with the kids to watch over the hedge, which is cool because bruce willis was in it.

mom recently chopped off the old tree in front of our house and now the kittens have discovered it. hope this means they'll stop fidgeting inside the house so much.

First time watching Yasin live - his performance was simply amazing. Wonderful collaborations with great people and best of all, the new Yasin looks great! 
Got close enough *yay* to snap some lame shots but was too shy to actually get a proper shot with him *oh well*
Hopefully I'll get a second chance. Next time, won't be so malu-malu kambing
